Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO

Advancedidtechnologies ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes are the customers responsibility.  Advancedidtechnologies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



AdvancedidTechnologies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We ship Worldwide! All orders shipped outside of the United States are shipped via  DHL. All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Advancedidtechnologies and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For more information on these fees, please contact your local post office.


Possible Delays

When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Advanced ID Technologies and any original shipping time estimates.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Advanced ID Technologies, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.


If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form.  To prevent penalty by law we are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.

Return & Exchange Policy

Generic Return & Refund Policy

We pride ourselves in offering some of the best products you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Advanced ID Technologies gladly accepts returns on unused items within 30 days from delivery date.



You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns must post marked within 30 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund and did not pay for shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also be charged a 15% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund. 


Authorization and Support

Please contact to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization from customer support.  If you have any questions on how to return your item to us please contact us.  A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label from Advanced ID Technologies, a return handling fee of $15 plus shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. 


Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
